The location, room, and hospitality tray were excellent. The only snag was that the sash window in my room was hard to shut.

The staff were welcoming and the place felt secure, plus the location was great. The room was clean and the welcome condiments were nice. I stayed in the Quaker room, but the mattress was too firm and uncomfortable, so I didn't sleep well. The window looked out onto a church that chimed every 15 minutes and every hour, so it was better with the window closed, but then the room got too hot to sleep.

Everything seems to have been considered, and the location couldn’t be better. I couldn’t find any fault.
