The location was good and the staff were friendly. The pool was closed, so we asked to cancel and were told we could, but we ended up staying at another nearby hotel and never got a refund.

The location was okay and the front‑desk lady was nice. The room smelled musty, the bathtub drain was lying on the back of the toilet, and we were in room 114 before moving to 136, which was also musty. The remote was broken, the TV was under the microwave, and the room was filthy. We slept for a few hours and left; it was not a good place at all.

The spot is cheap and in a good area, but after three nights the staff only remade the bed without changing the sheets, and there were dust bunnies in the main area and mold spots in the bathroom.

What I liked most about this hotel was the service from the staff! .from the people who welcome you to the housekeeping staff!. One thing I didn't like about this hotel was the security situation! Nothing happened to me personally, but I saw a lot of homeless people. I arrived at my room at 12:00 PM and there were a lot of people around; it’s a dangerous situation, and I really hope the hotel takes it seriously
