Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Lovely location. The courtyard room we had was spacious and very comfortable. The facilities at the spa were excellent and the food very good. Staff throughout were friendly and very efficient. Would have no hesitation in staying again. N/A

The rooms were clean and roomy, but when I arrived there was nobody at reception even though I’d already let the hotel know my expected arrival time. The décor felt a bit old‑fashioned.

I liked the outdoor area and the lush greenery. However, the spa and pool were clearly overbooked, and the treatments felt overpriced and let down. A staff member mentioned the hotel was shutting down for two years of refurbishment, which explained why many people I met seemed disinterested in customer service—they were losing jobs. It’s sad, but if you’re paying hard‑earned money for a hotel and its treatments, you deserve what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if it remains open.

The grounds are beautiful and the staff and other guests are friendly. The only issue was the eye‑lashes around the pool area.

The scenery is excellent. There’s nothing I didn’t like about the place.
