The team was extremely friendly and helpful, the location was superb, and the room offered plenty of space with a large bed. Yet, despite having booked in advance, no room was ready when we arrived, creating a chaotic situation that forced us to wait several hours; the bathroom is very old and completely mouldy, and the bed proved too hard for a comfortable night’s sleep.

I booked for nine nights but ended up cutting my stay short because it just wasn't meeting my expectations. When I tried to cancel the extra days, I got charged the full amount of 24097.50 INR - and then they asked for an extra 3000 INR on top of that, even after I'd adjusted the length of my stay. Not exactly what I'd call a fair deal.

This hotel is right on the beach and has huge rooms with a lovely garden out front. The staff are always smiling and super friendly, and the breakfast - although not in the hotel itself - has a great sea view. The place is really clean too, which was a big plus for me.
