This hotel is a gem, right next to a beautiful lake that's super refreshing. I've stayed here for work trips before and it's always a great experience. I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it was marred by a couple of issues. The cleaner was completely unhelpful and took a photo of me while I was waiting in the lobby, which was pretty humiliating. To make matters worse, I was only given a partial refund for one night, which was a significant amount less than I was expecting. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this hotel anytime soon.
