The room was spacious and the meals were tasty, but the check‑in took over 45 minutes and the hotel’s TVs are all broken. Every bed’s springs are missing, and the staff communicate poorly with very bad customer service skills.

We never got to stay because the booking wasn’t prepaid. The hotel didn’t offer us a stay or a check‑in, so we were left on the road. The lack of communication between the hotel and the booking service feels like a scam.
