Well equipped and helpful staff on the desk. Convenient location near Guro station, department stall and restaurants. Toilet and shower in the room were far from private. Bare concrete walls and hard decor not to my taste. Bed was too firm and not comfortable

I appreciate how accommodating the staff are, especially the young tall guy who helped us with our SIM card issue; he did the best he could, even using Google Translate to explain why the SIM card wasn’t working, and the entire translation was respectful and professional.

The staff were extremely helpful and treated me very well, but the bathroom and toilet were made of glass and, with no changing area, it was uncomfortable; the building was old, with creepy things on the walls, a lot of dust, and what looked like trash left by the previous guest, making it feel unsanitary, and the room was so small it was hard to stay.

The price‑to‑value ratio was outstanding, the environment clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were very friendly; the hotel is near Exit 1 of Jiulao Station with a well‑stocked convenience store nearby, and if you need everyday items there’s a small mall close to Exit 1 of Jiulao Metro with Daiso and Olive Young for quick purchases. My stay was excellent 👍🏻 and I’ll definitely return if I get the chance.
