“Tolles Hotel mit super Zimmern und schönem Ausblick”
Great hotel with excellent rooms and a lovely view, but the shower was hard to adjust between hot and cold.

The view at the hotel is amazing and the staff are sweet, but the road is rough.

Very idyllic, with a view of the Black Sea and tea plantations, located conveniently.

The hotel was absolutely charming, tucked between tea plantations with a stunning view of the Black Sea. It was our final stop on a North‑Turkish tour and the first place where we truly relaxed. The hotel sits away from all the hustle and traffic, the garden is gorgeous and a real maze to wander, and the balcony was a nice bonus. The breakfast was okay, but it would have been better if fruit were included. The menu was a bit limited and there were no vegetarian options except pilaf and salad. The staff were friendly but a bit distant and shy, so we missed a warmer vibe – though that’s probably a personal preference. The shower water temperature was hard to regulate, the balcony needed a thorough cleaning, and one wall in the room had mold.

We had booked a garden‑view room, but were shown a street‑side balcony room instead, which I refused and had to pay extra for, ending up with a bungalow. The restaurant staff were very friendly, but the front desk team was less so. I don’t think we’ll go back there.
