The staff were very attentive and pleasant. The location could be better, but it’s not bad.

The staff and the extra services (grilling, matcha…) and the private onsen were great. The breakfast hours were inconvenient. The Japanese‑style toilets on the fourth floor were not clean.

Just one night, but it was an incredible experience; the room was magnificent and the private baths were really good! The game rooms also made for a good time. The staff were adorable. The food was varied and delicious too.

The staff were super welcoming, even though we were late; they kindly adjusted our shuttle and waited 20 minutes beyond the scheduled time. The private onsen in our room was very pleasant, with a beautiful view! The meals were delicious and all the staff made a lot of effort to speak English!
