The area was quiet and close to the ski slopes. We stayed in a 5‑star villa. The layout and size of the rooms were perfect, but the quality was terribly low. The entrance door couldn’t close properly, the walls were damp and the tiles were dirty. We arrived in cold rooms. The kitchen had a microwave, kettle, and toaster, but only one small knife was available for slicing bread, cutting ham, or chopping vegetables (joke category). The dining room lacked enough chairs, cutlery, glasses, and plates, and there was trash everywhere. The “villa” had frozen, abandoned appliances outside, so we couldn’t use them either. We chose this place based on reviews, but they do not reflect reality. The bathroom had thick dust on the toilet seat and on the door.

The biggest plus was the location, just a few hundred metres from the slopes, and we stayed in Villa 5 which has three bedrooms each with its own bathroom and heating that works fine. Getting there was a bit tricky, involving a roughly 50 m walk from the Iadolina hotel parking lot on a path that was very icy in front of the villa; although the place is clean, it clearly needs investment—furniture and doors are worn, the mattresses are old and uncomfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with very few utensils.

The accommodation sits in a beautiful spot and is easy to reach. After the snowfall the roads are nicely cleared. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the heating warmed the house well and the hot water was hot enough. We expected to be able to cook in the apartment’s own kitchen, but the equipment was quite sparse: a mini‑spoon, a few spoons, a fork, a butter knife, no sharp knives at all, and a coffee maker that looked like it belonged to the 1990s. The front door was quite shabby, especially compared to the many windows that had already been replaced.
