Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The accommodation was very clean and tidy, and we were treated with great kindness and helped with all our questions and requests. Claudia, the manager, was very close throughout and we’re very grateful for making our stay in Salento comforting and positive. We leave with a great memory of the place.

Claudia, the manager, was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. There was no parking.

The personal treatment from Claudia was excellent. The town has water rationing problems throughout.

A very pretty little hotel right in the middle of Salento, with comfortable rooms and a nice homemade breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

Hotel Caracola is a real gem in Salento’s heart; Jérôme and the whole team—especially Claudia—are attentive, professional, and incredibly available for guests. I stayed in Salento during the 10 August 2026 earthquake, and the hotel not only protected its guests superbly but also handled the situation with great generosity and empathy. I recommend it without hesitation and would give it 6 stars if possible. Go, Hotel Caracola!
