Spotless, comfortable, very friendly, well organised. Very clear, friendly and helpful instructions about arrival as I was arriving after normal check‑in time. Breakfast was very good. Short walk from the train station/city centre.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend it more highly. Susan gave us such a warm and friendly welcome and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was lovely, thoughtfully designed, and exceptionally clean and hygienic—honestly, it was so spotless you could probably lick food off the toilet! The breakfast was excellent. We’ve already recommended this place to our close friends and will definitely be telling anyone visiting Inverness to stay there. Thank you, Susan, for such a fantastic experience!. We could not find any !

The front desk was extremely welcoming and professional, offering plenty of useful advice that proved spot on; the Scottish Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the host was very responsive—he even supplied an electrical adapter on the first day. The accommodation itself was cozy, charming, and fully equipped, almost perfect.

Susan was wonderful, warm and inviting, and she supplied great information on local spots for food and live music; no detail was missed in the spacious, comfortable room. Breakfast was the best we’d had that week, and the parking lot meant we didn’t have to worry about finding a spot. The location was ideal, on a quiet street close to the action. It was perfect.
