The location is outstanding, with direct access to the beautiful dunes and the sea; the entire hotel complex is impeccably maintained, making us feel comfortable from the first moment. The breakfast and dinner buffet offer a wide variety that satisfies every craving. The staff genuinely cares about guests' well‑being, and we thoroughly enjoyed our girls’ trip here, so I definitely recommend it. There is nothing to criticize!

We were welcomed by the wonderful Junior at this fantastic hotel, and we wanted to publicly thank him for his patience on the first day when a credit‑card issue prevented payment, and especially for assigning me a room accessible by stairs instead of the elevator. We also thanked the whole staff, from the kitchen to the dining room and cleaning crew; everyone was always friendly, smiling and helpful. The hotel is stunning, overlooking the dunes, and if you stay on a high floor like we did, you can admire them in all their glory. Breakfast is varied, with sweet and savory options, all delicious and always tasty. There is a large free parking lot in front of the hotel, and if you don’t want to drive, you can walk to the city centre or the seafront, with its many grocery stores and souvenir shops, or enjoy live music and a sunset drink. We always ate Canary dishes; we like trying different foods from what we’re used to. It was a wonderful and magnificent week! Who knows if we’ll have the chance to return one day? For now, we’re happy and satisfied with everything. Thank you, Lorena and Maurizio.

Everything was great except the Wi‑Fi. The Wi‑Fi was unbelievably bad throughout the entire hotel.

Live music in the evenings, quiet and relaxing, comfortable, great location for nightlife, beach, and shops, and a very nice pool area. It would have been better if there were more activities at the hotel, such as scheduled group events like morning yoga or similar.
