The room was beautifully designed with a lovely view of the hills, and the staff were friendly and attentive, offering high‑quality service. They kindly brought cakes for my partner’s birthday at breakfast and later to our room. Breakfast had a great selection, and the hot chocolate was especially good. The spa was stunning, with a variety of baths ranging from very warm to temperate to cold plunges, a hot steam room, and a night swim under the stars. We had a wonderful stay at 7132. The only issue was a slight clicking sound outside our room that disturbed our sleep, possibly from a broken light sensor; otherwise everything was comfortable.

The hotel was very stylish, clean, and quiet. I wish there was clearer information on what is and isn’t included in the rooms, such as the lack of coffee‑making facilities.

The attached thermal baths were a highlight. The rooms themselves were disappointing.

The overall design, especially the interiors, was striking, and the seamless connection to the spa created a cohesive experience. The bedroom, designed by Thom Mayne, was unique and refreshing. The walk up to reception from the street can be tiring, especially for guests arriving by public transport, as it requires stairs or a ramp; I later discovered a lower‑level entrance from the street that leads to an elevator directly to reception.
