It was close to the night market, a Family Mart, and a convenience store, offered free parking, and the shower temperature and AC were great; the walls, however, aren't very soundproof and you can hear other rooms talking.

The parking lot was at a different location and a bit far. The weekday room rate was acceptable, especially considering it's an old building; the walls around the windows had some mold, which is expected. The semi‑open toilet design was fine, and turning the AC up a bit lowered the humidity. Soundproofing was decent as long as there weren't noisy guests, then it was quieter.
