Ahmet is a genuinely good host, and the room/hotel sits in an unbeatable spot—central, truly central. I’d only recommend it if you need a solid place to sleep and want to explore the city. The hotel isn’t designed for long stays, but that’s fine. The building feels pretty old, and at times the noise level was almost unbearable, which seemed owed to some other hotel guests.
