The room was cheap, but the bathtub didn’t drain, we needed more towels, and the front door didn’t latch shut.

“Absolutely disgraceful treatment of a guest”

I arrived with a confirmed reservation, only to be denied check‑in and left without a place to stay; I had to scramble for alternative accommodation at the last minute. The hotel failed at the most basic duty—providing the room it had promised. Even worse, they still charged me for the stay they refused to give, taking my money with no room in return. This is not a complaint about a dirty room, a disappointing breakfast, or unfriendly staff; it’s about being denied the service I paid for and then being billed for it. Never again. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

“Keep it moving....dont stay here”

It was very close to Graceland, but I couldn’t tell if this was a hotel or a part‑time apartment for some people. Construction workers, mostly non‑English speaking, were hanging out outside the rooms. The room looked as if it had not been cleaned—just a quick clean, with a used K‑cup in the coffee maker, a dirty floor, a bathroom door that wouldn’t close properly, and a dirty bath mat with dirt and hair in the tub. The bed linens were stained. Because of the time, we endured it and slept with our clothes on. The washer and dryer were out of order. Breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal, and yogurt; the juice machine had no juice, only coffee. There was no toilet paper in our bathroom when we arrived, so we had to ask for some. Terrible!!! Don’t stay here.
