The service at this hotel was truly exceptional.
The food and drinks available during the day were also great.
The hotel's location was a major plus for me, as it was conveniently situated right off the highway and offered easy parking options.

“Absolutely amazing”
The pool, jacuzzi, hot breakfast, the 530‑7 free 3 drinks and snacks, and the ability to check out an hour later were all great. I’ve stayed at many Drury Plazas, Hilton, Marriott, and Hamptons, and next time I visit Columbia I’ll book that Drury Plaza again. The only downside was the cable TV – I’d have liked to log into HBO Max or Netflix.

There was a small issue with the room on arrival, but it was fixed right away, better than I expected. The breakfast lady was super friendly, as were all the other staff. The shower water pressure was low; with longer hair it takes 15 minutes just to rinse out shampoo and conditioner, which isn’t water‑saving. It ends up taking longer to use the same amount of water as a high‑pressure shower.
