The place was fantastic – the queen‑size bed was incredibly comfy and the sheets and towels felt top‑grade. Hot water was always on tap, the new air‑conditioner kept the room cool, and everything was spotless. The bungalow’s little kitchen had a microwave, coffee maker and mini‑fridge, plus there’s a fully equipped shared kitchen for guests. I also liked the water tank and the clothesline out back, and the whole setting among the rubber trees was really peaceful.

Staying at the pousada felt like being dropped into the heart of the Amazon – the design blends right into the dense greenery and you can actually wave at the Guaribas from your window. The room itself was tidy, cozy and had everything we needed, including solid Wi‑Fi and a TV that was perfectly angled for bed‑time viewing. Mari was a great host, always friendly and ready to help, so we’d definitely book again.

We really enjoyed this pousada; everything was brand‑new, spotless and looks great. Its central spot in Alter do Chão puts you right near restaurants and the boat‑tour launch, yet the property is full of trees and feels surrounded by nature. The vibe was pleasant, we even spotted some monkeys, and we’d definitely come back.
