The staff were friendly, which was the best part, and the hotel has a large swimming pool with free water‑activity gear like snorkels. However, communicating with the staff could be difficult at times, the bathroom water pressure was uneven, and getting to the beach was a challenge.

The pool and sea were nice, and the lifeguard was very helpful while swimming. The staff were understanding, and the partnership with local taxis was very useful. The meal service was a bit slow.

The staff were very attentive and warm, especially the staff handling the amenities, snacks, and fruit juices, which were all delicious. The location was great—close to the airport, close to the sea, and the hotel offers good value for money; thanks to all the staff. The furniture is old and could be replaced, the hotel environment could be made more orderly, and renovations are needed.

The location is fantastic, allowing direct swimming from the shore to the reefs. The price‑performance ratio is far above average, which is perfect for daily‑tour participants like us. Breakfast options are good and plentiful, the food is very tasty, and the staff are extremely helpful. Everyone was ready to help with anything, especially Kuri, Hamada, and Asraf, who were always solution‑focused. Thanks to all of them.
