The spot is perfect, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The building itself felt tidy and safe. I could leave my luggage at the entrance while the room was being prepared, and about 30 minutes later I could check in early, which I appreciated. The ice‑cream shop right next to the door is a nice bonus. So good! 🍦 However, communication was weak. When I asked for early check‑in through the booking platform, the responses felt unfriendly, and no one sent me arrival instructions, so I had to call upon arrival. After check‑in, there was no further contact except for sending my passport, so I didn’t feel a personal connection with the hosts. A few simple instructions—like how to open the balcony door, which I couldn’t figure out—would have helped.
