The location is perfect, right by the beach and with great facilities.
The ocean view was stunning – we couldn't stop gazing out at it.
The pool here is seriously impressive, but that's about it.
The buffet dinner and breakfast were also top-notch.

“3 stars for our experience”
Good location, and the bar is a lovely area with nice staff. However, after a full day safari we returned to the hotel and there was no food available until the evening meal time.
The breakfast needs improvement and more options.
“Great hotel with a great location. A bit pricy”
A great spacious and well‑decorated room. Close proximity to Yala National Park where safaris take place. Great sea view (if you get an ocean view room rather than a pool room). Everything was great, just a bit expensive.
“Luxury on a wild coastline with wildlife”
The location of this hotel was fabulous. We stayed in a deluxe room overlooking the wild coastline, which was gorgeous. The bathroom was huge and featured a lovely shower with a view of the coast. An elephant outside the hotel when we arrived added to the excitement. We dined from the à la carte menu, a mix of Sri Lankan and western food, all very good. The pool was huge and shallow, making it great for kids. All in all, a perfect end to our stay in Sri Lanka, and the spot was ideal for a game drive in Yala.
“Excellent hotel for couple of days safari stay”
Excellent hotel with comfort and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and lovely breakfast buffet. Nothing
