The view and beach were great, but the room and bed were uncomfortable, and there were too many mosquitoes everywhere.

The staff were welcoming upon arrival, communication was excellent throughout, and we received a nice anniversary surprise in our room, including a cake—thanks to Livin, Shani, Dila, Intan, Ari, JJ, and Ebbi for being so helpful. The infinity pool was very good and clean, and I will stay again at the same hotel. The excursion trip was good, but for those who have never snorkeled before, it would have helped to have a brief training on how to use the oxygen mask and breathing technique.

The location was decent, but overall the stay was just okay. The staff were not friendly or welcoming; they didn’t even know we were arriving that day and didn’t greet us at the jetty. Some guests received welcome drinks while we didn’t. The room was cramped, with a narrow wardrobe that only held two hangers, which were high up and hard to reach, and the ironing board was awkwardly placed. There was no place to put luggage, so we had to keep it on the floor, cutting into the limited space. The toilet’s bidet was leaking and oddly wired, making it inconvenient; the toilet paper looked yellow and moldy and was hard to reach. The shower gel bottle was empty, but the shampoo bottle was full, and the shampoo actually contained soap that damaged my hair. The TV was connected to the internet but couldn’t play YouTube or Netflix. The sheets and pillowcases smelled bad. The fan in the room was just decorative and didn’t blow air. The pool on the 6th floor was very small. I was told the room had a sea view, but I was given a 1st‑floor room that only looked at trees and coconut palms, and the balcony was very narrow. All the doors were a bit damaged and jammed—sliding the balcony door, the toilet door, and even the room door was difficult. It’s disappointing that locals from the Maldives are treated so poorly compared to foreign tourists.

The view and location are great, but the bed sheets and towels smell, especially when the AC is off and the room gets humid. I tried calling reception, but nobody answered.
