The staff were friendly, the location was superb, and the breakfast was good.

The room was very beautiful, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the modem in our room didn't work and we had no internet.

The staff were friendly and, even with limited English, we managed to sort everything out. The room was comfortable. The downside was that staff smoked inside the common area at night, even though the hotel clearly states it is non‑smoking; because the room is a cave room, the ventilation is limited, so the smoke from the other side of the door was unpleasant.
