“Bell'albergo, se vivessimo ancora negli anni '80.... Personale e accoglienza invece molto gentile.”
The staff were welcoming, helpful, and kind; breakfast was plentiful; there was a welcome kit for my dog; the building feels like a 1980s structure, furnishings are dated, maintenance is poor, only the hall was renovated; our room was small, the window opened halfway because the bed was too close; the beds were uncomfortable with spring mattresses that pressed on the back; only central light was available, no bedside lamps for reading; the bathroom was small, lacked a shower tray, the bidet was cramped between wall and shower; there was no towel rack; a strong mold smell was present near the elevators; we had to pay an extra €10 per day for the dog; given the condition of our room, the price of about €150 per night was completely disproportionate; it’s a pity because the staff were friendly and the hotel has great potential.
The spot, the staff and the cleanliness were great, yet the carpet in the room was missing compared to the photos.
“Hotel sancamillo”
The staff were friendly, but there was no fridge in the room, everything else was fine, they didn’t give me a receipt, and the bed wasn’t great.
I liked the location, but the little attic room was bare and the building looked neglected.
“Gianpietro”
The hotel’s panoramic spot is gorgeous and close to hiking or mountain‑bike trails; breakfast was excellent and varied, the restaurant offered great quality for the price, and the bar service was superb, but the room stayed warm and it was hard to circulate air, plus the bathroom lacked a small window.
