“Would stay again”
The location is excellent, rooms are clean, and breakfast is solid. The only tweak I’d suggest is moving the toasters out of the breakfast bar; right now they block people waiting for toast.

My second time here, and I can’t find any faults with the hotel. The rooms are spotless, breakfast is delightful, and the gym is a great addition. I have no dislikes to mention.

The bathroom is well designed, the shower is easy to use, and hot water comes on almost instantly. I’ve only tried breakfast once and didn’t feel it was good value; the food wasn’t restocked quickly.

Room – I’d asked for a specific room we’d stayed in before. I didn’t expect the request to be noticed, let alone fulfilled, but it was, which was very impressive. We’d liked the room a touch warmer and couldn’t figure out the electronic control panel.

Very clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was very cold and the heating wasn’t working, but the staff supplied an electric heater. At about 3 am a fire alarm went off, forcing everyone to evacuate and wait outside in the cold for roughly 30 minutes; later we learned someone had been smoking in the room. It was beyond the hotel’s control but it did lower my score.
