The room was spacious with a separate bedroom, the bathroom was clean, and the view was tidy. The beds slept wonderfully! However, there was a lot of dust on the headboards, and we had to wipe all the dust off with cleaning wipes from the floor up.

Parking was fine right outside the main door, but the carpet was threadbare and stained, pillow covers were dirty, bedding and pillowcases were falling apart, the bathroom had a terrible smell, there was no TV remote so I couldn’t watch TV, and there was no water to drink.

The location was very good and breakfast was sufficient, but unfortunately the air conditioning in my apartment didn’t work even though it was included in the booking, and the temperature climbed to about 32 °C. I was told to use the fans that were in the apartment, with the suggestion that, since I had booked at a relatively low rate, this should be an adequate alternative. I’ve experienced better service and value elsewhere in Bosnia, so I can’t recommend this hotel. It’s a real shame, as the hotel has potential, but I feel that potential can’t be fully realized without a more professional approach to guest service.
