I now consider this place my go‑to when I'm in the area; it's comfortable and welcoming.

The furniture and the restoration are carefully detailed, with all the accessories provided. The location is convenient if you have your own transport. Beware of the neighboring units still under restoration; they caused a lot of noise from early morning, ruining the peaceful green setting. The breakfast and the morning wake‑up with circular saws and pneumatic hammers during the holiday were far from pleasant… it would be better to carry out the restorations during a period without ongoing rentals.
The setting is evocative, a 1600s farmhouse surrounded by olive trees and rural houses. The structure is warmly welcoming with a modern bathroom, clay floor, and high‑quality classic furnishings. There’s a large fridge, a kitchen with induction cooktop, silent air‑conditioners, and a garden exposed to both sun and shade. The kindness and availability of Mr. Renato and the cleaning ladies, who even folded our clothes for us, are remarkable. Daily surprises of freshly picked mandarins, lemons, chili peppers, and cherry tomatoes were delightful. A special thanks to Mrs. Lucia for the wonderful welcome.

The house sits in a very quiet setting, a true oasis of peace. Around it lie stretches of olive trees and greenery; for nature lovers this is ideal. Inside, all the necessary comforts are present, and if anything is missing or problematic, the staff is very welcoming and eager to resolve any inconvenience, showing genuine care from arrival to departure. Mr. Renato welcomed our requests, allowed us to postpone check‑out, and let us safely leave our belongings, even checking in after we left that everything was fine. We were offered culinary treats and other items (soaps) produced by them. We also got to travel with our pet parrots, which is not common as not all facilities accept animals. The complex is strategically located even though it’s on the outskirts, close to the exits of the state road to reach various destinations, a few kilometers from Gerace, a medieval village, and 5 minutes from Locri. I highly recommend it; it’s a pity we couldn’t stay longer.
