There was a lack of information. I had ordered a full bottle of red wine but received small bottles, so I had to go to reception to correct the error and paid 200 kr for room service. Dinner was okay, but the staff were stressed at closing. I didn't get the room I had booked, even though I booked two weeks in advance. The broken elevator was unacceptable. The bar staff at night were very friendly, but the cashier at arrival was very stressed. I have visited other places with much better service and at a lower price. I find you are excessively expensive, and this was my first and last visit.
