The chalet is spacious and quiet. The room is pretty and well decorated. When I arrived there was no one to greet me, the chalet had no other guests and everything was dark, so I had to descend in the dark to open the gate. I waited inside for 10 minutes until someone appeared, and that was the last time I saw anyone from the chalet staff for almost three days. The lack of people made my wife and me feel uneasy and insecure. My last shower was cut short because there was no water, probably because nobody had started the pump to draw water from the well!
