The staff were very attentive, the place was clean, the hot water was great, and the Cefe was very good. The blankets could have been better.

The breakfast was great with plenty of variety, and the staff were very friendly and quick to help. The room was bright, even at night thanks to ceiling lights, and the shower and tap were excellent—hot water came on instantly, saving water. It’s well situated, within walking distance of many spots, even the International Square, so we liked it a lot and would return, despite a few things that could be improved. The hotel could be better organized; during our weekday stay there were old wardrobes in the hallway next to our door that never got removed, looking awful and dirty. Another issue was the uncovered parking, with uneven, large stone slabs that were sharp and dangerous for tires and even for walking. The courtyard behind the hotel, visible from our window, was also very disorganized.

The shower had good pressure and was hot. The room was big enough for three friends, and everything in the room worked well. The only downside was that the breakfast juices weren’t tasty, everything else was good.

Hotel muito bom, fácil de chegar, próximo ao centro da cidade e o café da manhã era excelente! Recomendo!. Única item que poderia ser melhor eram os travesseiros. Eram baixos e tinha somente dois no quarto. Poderia ter ao menos 1 travesseiro extra
