The city is tiny and the hotel sits right in the center, making it easy to walk anywhere and to drive to the caves; the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were large and comfortable, and we felt very at ease during our stay.

The structure and location were fine, but there were no staff present—when I arrived at 15:00hs there was no one to check me in, no one at all in the evening, and some guests threw a party at the reception until 02 hs, preventing anyone from sleeping; the electronic locks kept beeping all night, making it simply impossible to rest.

The location was good, the breakfast was fine, and the room was very good, and everything was correct.

The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, the new facilities were excellent, the bed was great, the view of the river was beautiful, and the linens and bath items were top quality; the hotel staff were friendly and very attentive, though the breakfast could have offered more options, it was still a good spread.

The rooms were clean and tidy every day, the place was quiet and well‑situated in Iporanga, and I want to thank Neu for always being very friendly and for recommending many spots to us.
