“Would definitely not recommend.”

The lady on the property tried at least to help even if she couldn’t do much. We didn’t receive the room we booked; the rooms look different, which shows up in the different prices and reviews too. We paid for a higher‑category room and the one we got was clearly lower. The owner tried to tell us they are all the same price even though I had a screenshot of the different pricing. Ants on the street in the room, animals (probably rats) walking on the roof, water that smells like rotten egg and metal (we know water quality in the Philippines is lower than in Europe, but this was next level); the owner offered to change us to room 1, which was a little better but still not the one we booked. There was no solution – the answer was just “The room you booked is not available.” The owner also blamed us for the mistake and said it was an inconvenience for them. We expected to be in the room we booked; this didn’t happen, so it’s not our fault if it’s an inconvenience. Very disappointing and stressful for us. We definitely don’t recommend.

Everything was fine, the staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the Wi‑Fi was good. The shower water had a slightly metallic smell, but we’ve had that in other places on the island, so it’s normal.

The place really hit the mark; the staff on site were lovely. I loved the design, decor, kitchen, the cleanliness, modern vibe, and the space. The only downside was some noise since my room was very close to the road.

It was a very comfortable spot with good kitchen facilities. The location, right between surf breaks and Luna town, was great if you have a scooter. I stayed for two weeks and enjoyed the homely vibes.
