The location was good, but there was no elevator and no staff help, so getting all our luggage up to the room was a struggle. There was no welcome, the reception had a gloomy vibe, the balcony locks were broken which made me feel unsafe, and the breakfast was poor.

The large living room and pleasant atmosphere were nice, and the staff were sweet. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and the breakfast felt very Soviet.

Overall I was disappointed. I asked for a 2‑hour early check‑in even though the room was ready, but the front desk refused and demanded an extra 70 Lari. I had to wait until 14.00 hrs to check in, and the staff were rude.

I love how quiet the place is, the people are very nice—especially for Israel—and everything is very clean. The 24/7 check‑in is a great convenience.

Nice location, very friendly staff. Cheap, maybe good for short stay. The hotel is far from the pictures quality. It’s desperately needs renovation and fixes, to make plane example - if you seat on the sofa it will fell apart. In some places there is visible structural damage
