The hotel was conveniently located near everything I needed, yet the room was poorly maintained and only average in cleanliness. The shower floor had a huge crack, and because of that, I had to search under the bed and behind the minibar for other outlets—those spots were so dirty it was almost disgraceful. After the second day none of my electrical plugs worked, which was a major hassle; only the one attached to the minibar and the bathroom outlet (which couldn't handle high voltage) remained functional. I couldn't report this because I didn't want maintenance to enter while I was away, and I was out every day from 7am to 10pm. The minibar itself was impossible to open without a massive wobble, as it was completely unstable.

The location was far from London, the room was spacious, and the bed was good, but the place needed maintenance—sealing around the bathroom, tiles, and furniture were all off.
