I only appreciate how clean everything was, but the staff were far from helpful. When I checked in with my four companions, there were no towels or toiletries in the bathroom, no slippers, and no water. After I asked, they finally gave me a single towel for all four of us and slippers for only two people. Seriously, no value for money – I wasted my money and am extremely disappointed.

Only the upper two rooms had decent views; the rest had narrow, smelly, dirty bathrooms with no shower or bucket, just a shamboo and hand wash – no other toiletries. The washroom was filthy, the swimming pool smelled awful, and the water had fungi and a lot of insects. The location was the worst – a crowded place, and the view in the pictures was only from the 2nd or 6th floor.

The staff were very polite and behaved well. The service was good, the food tasted great, and we even got complimentary ARO water.

There were no windows, so the airflow was terrible. We had breakfast included in our stay but never received it.

When booking, the location was advertised as nearby, but it turned out to be very far. There was no transport available to get to Ganga Ghat or Laxman Jhula, and the hotel staff offered no help; they wouldn’t refund us when we canceled. The hotel seemed clueless about the complaints from distant guests.
