Great location and we had a lovely view of the lake from our room.

The location and beach were good. The deadbolt didn’t work, there was no deadbolt, the recliner chair was broken, the lamp was broken, and the beach chairs were broken.
I was pleased that the music band night added a fun touch and that the lakeview units were exactly what I wanted; the staff were friendly and even let us check in early. However, we couldn’t get a lower level unit, so my elderly parents had to climb stairs, and the process of checking the kitchen inventory felt a bit daunting because we wanted to avoid being charged for items we didn’t use.

The staff were unfriendly, the parking area was poor, the bathtub was unclean, toilet paper was hanging off nails in the bathroom, the bathroom window lock was broken, lights shone into the room all night, staff were inaccessible (hours were ridiculously limited), the freezer had built‑up ice and couldn’t be used, and there was only one chair in a room for three people.
“A clean no fuss place to stay and enjoy the beautiful beach at the lake. Better value than the bigger hotels when you’re”
The patio view on the lakeside was gorgeous and the beach access was great, but the TV was broken and there were no lamps in the room, leaving only the blinding bright neon over the kitchen for lighting in the evening.
