I didn’t like anything; it was terrible. The reception was bad, the whole experience felt like a hastily drawn paper with everything done manually. The apartment was full of mold, and we had to go to the hospital because of an allergic reaction to it. We left early because we couldn’t stand it any longer. When we arrived we asked for lunch and the meat was literally frozen, and the fish was raw and extremely cold. It also took 2:30 minutes to get it, even though the area was only two months occupied. Nobody was there to help with the luggage when we arrived. They asked a man who was cleaning the area to help, which was very improvisational and amateurish. When we left, there was still no one to help with the luggage, as I had expected. The apartment had absolutely nothing—no soap, no shampoo. The toilet paper was used, not new. There was only one towel and a child’s towel, even though I had said it would be for a couple. I think this hotel is closing and bankrupt. It was the worst hotel experience in the world. I hope I never have to pass in front of this closing hotel again, which is definitely empty. No one uses the pool because the service is so ridiculous. The waiter was totally unprepared. When I complained that the meat was frozen, they just took the plate and brought the same meat reheated. We asked for coconut water and it was simply boiling hot.

The room was great, but the host and the lodge in the low season left a lot to be desired.

“Perfeito!!”

The bed was super comfortable, the room was large, the resort had a great pool that was very clean, and the staff were extremely attentive. Everything was perfect!

“Nunca mais.”

The breakfast was excellent, but because I was misled by the reservation and didn’t know there were owner‑run chalets that the lodge didn’t take responsibility for, everything got complicated. I felt out of place as if I were in another lodge. Absurd, the cleanliness, towels, soap, everything was lacking; if I hadn’t brought my own, I would have been in serious trouble. Even the owner said this happens often. Anyway, the lodge is very good, great location, but I got unlucky. Never again. The location was good, the beach almost private, the pool was excellent, but as I said, the chalet itself was terrible because of what was reported.
