The location was good and the view from the back window was great, but the place needs updates—an old A.C. froze up, and the amenities listed a garden and fire pit were nowhere to be found.

Having Keurigs for coffee and breakfast bars in the lounge, plus ice, was nice, and the bed was comfortable; we were offered extra housekeeping but declined. Check‑in was easy, and it was convenient that our vehicle could park right in front of the door. However, the A/C and heaters didn't work, there was no fan in the bathroom, and the refrigerator made a constant swishing noise.

The staff were amazing and very helpful, even though my flight was delayed and I arrived after midnight—they went above and beyond. The bed was a bit firm for me, but that’s just a personal preference, not a complaint.
