Everything was spotless, the staff were pleasant, and the breakfast bar offered sugar‑free syrup—a first for me at any hotel. Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction; the driveways around the hotel were being torn up everywhere.
Everything at the hotel is wonderful; the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room smelled like roses and was impeccably clean.
“Eccezionale”
The building is new, runs smoothly, and offers a lovely view of the harbor. The attention to detail is evident; upon arrival we were greeted with wine and nuts. The bathrooms are very clean and the shower works well.
“Hampton Inn Novi - great location / could use better upkeep”
Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly. The location was very convenient. However, the facilities need more care: the refrigerator didn’t work and the vending machine took coins.
