We booked a single night because our original place had issues, and the reception and room cleanliness were fantastic. The free coffee/tea station by the pool was a nice touch. We thought about staying longer for the emergency, but decided to move to a more central spot; the drive is manageable if you’re okay with it.

We checked in for just one night at Masaya but ended up staying longer. The staff are absolute angels who go above and beyond, and the rooms are huge, clean, and super comfortable. 11/10—don’t miss this place!

The staff were helpful, but the construction was shoddy. There was no soundproofing, the bathroom door was poorly made, and the smell from the drainage was horrible.
