The location was excellent, the bed linens were clean, and there was access to Netflix on the TV. The only downside was that the room’s balcony was not clean. It would be nice if the pool were heated so people could use it after coming back from the waterfall.

Our stay was wonderful! The lodge felt cozy, clean, organized, and surrounded by amazing nature. Everything was designed to provide comfort and a great experience. A special thank you to Darlan, who was extremely attentive from start to finish, always recommending amazing places, giving great tips, and making a big difference in our trip. He's also very helpful, a wonderful person, and greets guests with a lot of affection. We’ll definitely return and recommend it without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was very clean, rooms were good and cozy. The front desk staff only asked for my name and handed over the keys without saying anything else or asking for any documents. There was no one at the front desk at several moments to answer questions or handle checkout. The chalet had some kitchen items but lacked basic things like detergent and a dishcloth for the dishes we used. The stove didn’t have a nearby outlet to plug in. The pool could be heated (though it was pretty and seemed clean). The common area could also use more general-use utensils.
