The hotel room was a letdown, especially when it came to cleanliness. The floor was disgustingly dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we were only given one towel and had to pay extra for another. It's ridiculous that they charge extra for something as basic as a towel.

We booked a room for three people, but were shocked to find that there was only one towel and one bar of soap provided. It's not exactly what you'd call a welcoming gesture, especially when you're expecting to be able to share the amenities with your fellow travelers.

We had a bit of a rocky start at this hotel, thanks to a mix-up with our booking. Luckily, the staff were able to provide a win-win solution and find us a room for the night. The location is also a major plus, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, things took a turn for the worse when we encountered some issues with the room door, which was hard to lock, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom, which was hanging precariously from the window.
