The location is excellent, close to bars, restaurants, shops. The kitchen on every floor is convenient and the common lounge is cozy. Self‑check‑in works. The mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. What a pity!

We booked Condensa House for our last night in México due because of awkward flight times and for the cost of was really great. It was also easy (and cheap) to get to MEX airport. It's a beautiful house and the location was perfect to explore Condesa for some last minute cravings. Everything is so nicely decorated, our room was really big and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was also amazing. We were on the top floor so there was a spiral staircase to get up to the room but with our backpacks this was fine. The shared spaces were also great and we probably would have made good use of these if we had stayed longer. Will definitely stay here again and for longer the next time we're in CDMX

The location is good and the host is available. The ground‑floor rooms are damp and lack an external vent.

The spot is great, close to many restaurants and cafés, and the kitchen is well equipped. When I arrived, I noticed a puddle of water inside the room, which seemed odd. At night, when I got into bed, the blanket felt cold, but later I realized the sheets were damp, not cold. It was too late for a fix, so I took a spare blanket the next morning. I reported the issue and learned they were trying to locate a leak but no one had reported a wet bed. That day they didn’t have a spare room to swap into, and they offered a refund if I moved elsewhere, but my work schedule didn’t allow me to find another place. The location is excellent, but room 1 can leak, and the door is next to the entrance, so other guests can hear all the comings and goings, which can be a bit annoying for sleep.
