“最悪”

The water quality was fine, yet I paid about 80,000 yen for one night and only received towels and a toothbrush as amenities, with the rest being self‑service. The sashimi and wagyu were poor: the sashimi lacked freshness and texture, and the wagyu was extremely tough even at rare or medium‑rare, not over‑cooked. The room felt like a guesthouse, and the insects were plentiful; a spider web about 30–40 cm long was left unremoved. Staff training is needed—important details were omitted, such as informing guests that staff would lay out futons in shared spaces. Since the space is private, staff should always announce entry; I was surprised they entered without warning, especially with valuables and for women who might worry about undergarments. Rules and manuals must be enforced; if they exist, staff should be paired or carry checklists. I have no choice but to avoid this place. Future guests should be cautious.

The shuttle bus schedule was flexible and handled with great adaptability. It was a bit inconvenient that there was no chair in the room.

“最高の癒し”

The quality of the hot spring was very good. The portions of the meals were just right and delicious. The staff were very attentive. Coincidentally, the fireworks festival overlapped, so we could watch the fireworks from the hotel.
