The spot is great for watching Everton play, and there are plenty of good bars and food outlets nearby. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the owners communicated well. I’ll happily come back.

Nothing ! Have a video to show which I sent to the hotel explaining why I wouldn’t be staying !!! They said I had a prejudice ? Not sure with regards what. Arrived at the property - shocking is one word. Hence no pictures of outside the hotel . Car park is literally a waste land , no way I was staying or setting foot inside

Location was good, and especially the price. Being woke up by the noise when the other people in the adjoining rooms, came in @ 12.00. Perhaps some signs to be put up in the corridors. And also finding a tissue in one of the beds

Convient location, clean room , comfy bed. Lack of parking on match days
