The facility was lovely and the staff welcoming, but the rates felt a bit steep. The quality is solid, yet the location isn’t a major hub, and I’ve seen cheaper options in larger cities.

Conveniently located near Tiffin University, yet the room was dirty with worn carpet and clearly in need of renovation. Our reservation for two queen beds was messed up; we received a king and a terrible roll‑away bed.

Amenities and bed were great, and breakfast was excellent, but the air‑conditioner was loud.

I found bed bugs, which was a major issue.

The place was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the swimming pool and outdoor back area were nice, yet the parking was less than ideal and there was a stale tobacco smell in the hallway and outside, though the room itself was fine.
