The hotel is well situated in a quiet area, away from busy roads. There's a large parking lot behind the hotel. The rooms are small but cozy, and the balcony is spacious. In this price range it's the best offer in the area.

Parking was cheap and the room looked nice, but I noticed a fair amount of corrosion on some of the bathroom fittings.

The accommodation is surrounded by great restaurants, pubs, and bars within 500–700 m; places like บ้านตะวัน, Zood pub, and a Western bar all have parking if you drive. Occasionally the door slam of other guests can be quite loud.

The hotel was clean, inexpensive, and comfortable, with friendly staff and large, tidy rooms; parking was convenient. However, the single, slow lift made getting up and down a hassle, the air‑con cooled the room a bit sluggishly, and the balcony door was hard to handle.
