Ta' Guzeppi Boutique Stays Near St Thomas Bay

“Excellent, nous recommandons..”

We loved our stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, pleasant, and comfortable, and the location was simply perfect. Breakfast was generous, and the staff running it were impeccable—what a pleasure to start the day! We also enjoyed the rooftop and its pool, even though we couldn’t fully enjoy it because the water was too cold. Still, we were lucky to watch a beautiful sunset from that space, a lovely moment! We recommend this hotel without hesitation and would gladly return.

The location is quiet, just a short walk to the Zion bar, where they have great coffee :-) On the balcony, I heard three air‑conditioning units—big noise when the doors were open. I consider that a major drawback.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I liked that it had a coffee machine. Raj was fantastic—very friendly and helpful. It was frustrating that before our stay we were told we had to pay an eco tax via an online link that wouldn’t work for us; communication was handled by AI and there was no staff at the hotel, so we couldn’t get into the building without a code that the AI wouldn’t give us because we hadn’t paid the eco tax first. We eventually spoke to someone on the phone who gave us the codes and told us to pay cash to the staff the next morning. The next morning we decided to extend our stay for a night, asked the friendly staff member in the breakfast room (Raj, who was fantastic), and he said we had to call guest relations, who told us to book online again. I did that, hoping it would be in the same room, which triggered another AI chat that said our eco tax payment was outstanding. I told it we were told to pay cash and how much was now due for the extra night. It told me cash payments were not possible. All around a bit annoying, but once we were in the place it was nice.

The facility was good, the staff were friendly, and the bed was super comfortable.

“Tiszta, kényelmes, jó ár-érték arány.”

The room was clean, with coffee and tea provided. The continental breakfast was plentiful. The staff were very kind and helpful! (Rag) There was a loud fan on the floor‑level terrace wall, so it was hard to sleep with the door open. There was also air conditioning.
