The hostess was friendly, the room was clean and cozy, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast at the café across the street was good. The location was a bit inconvenient for getting to the Duomo and other cool spots.

It was quiet, but the bed was sagging with indentations, and the whole process was awful. There were so many emails that the important details got lost, especially across different channels (email, WhatsApp, Booking).

The room was excellent and comfortable, I recommend it. When I arrived at 11 am for breakfast, they only gave me coffee and orange juice and said everything was already finished, so I guess I was too late :(

The room was clean, modern, had everything needed and more! The room wasn’t well sound‑proofed from inside, and other guests were quite noisy at 5 am.
